The Quality Assignment Routine

Students often start an assignment without knowing what it asks, why it matters, or how it will be judged. The Quality Assignment Routine gives teachers a research-tested way to plan meaningful assignments, present them so every student understands the task, and evaluate the results together with students. Students learn two simple strategies, REACT to get ready for an assignment and PACE to check their work before turning it in. In research studies, teachers using the routine planned and presented assignments more effectively, and both teachers and students were more satisfied with assignments.

If schools were permitted to have just one training, this is the one!

This training will help to raise test scores for your students, decrease discipline challenges, and improve classroom rapport. You will learn how to meet students where they are and lead them where they need to be, capture attention, and promote deeper learning.
